hello everyone, after a power outage, I have a problem - I updated the BIOS to version 4.2 and the rear and internal usb ports stopped working, even in the bios it recognizes usb devices, tell me what to do? USB 3.1 port works without problems.

there is power on the usb ports, also the computer does not turn off, but only when the shutdown button is forcibly pressed
