Hi!

The motherboard temperature displayed in A-tuning and HWMonitor monitoring tools is wrong (it says 56C, but the board is very cold everywhere.)

I have chasis fans assigned to motherboard temperatrue. Chasis fans will turn on (as set in bios) once the motheboard temperature reaches 35c. THIS WORKS! So BIOS has the right temperature, but in WINDOWS it is showing wrong.

I need confirmation that this is something that can happen and I dont fry my board.

When I first installed windows it displayed correctly, but after running for a few days (and installing more utilities) it is now broken. Some motherboard monitoring tools report multiple temperatures of which only one of them is wrong. (30, 30 and then 55)

While this 55C is being reported with very cold to touch board CPU is watercooled and without any load at 30C, and GPU is at 28C.

System is: Asrock X99 Extreme6, 5820k, Corsair H80i GT, MSI R9 390

Any help appreciated!

I stress tested the system with AIDA64 really heating it up and the motherboard temperature went down from 55 to 49. So it doesnt even increase when its obviously hotter.
