Hi everybody i hope someone help me: is impossible to use un n3700-itx 8gb +4gb ram module KVR16LS11/4 and KVR16LS11/8 . UEFi tell me ram module must be identical and doesn't go on my OS... but amount of ram apart.. they are idantical!!

The system is trying to use them in dual channel mode and as a result you are receiving this message. Even RAM that has a near identical model number as you listed will have differences between capacities. One may be double sided while the other is single sided for example. This is why it will not work. As to it being possible to make them work I am afraid I cannot say. Check your UEFI for any settings that will allow you to select single or dual channel operation. I doubt there will be an option but it is worth a look. 

Your best bet may be to return one or both of the RAM modules and get a matched kit.
