To all of us that experienced this problem i figure it out and followed these simple steps:
1) make a bootable usb with a program such as http://rufus.akeo.ie/downloads/rufus-2.7.exe" rel="nofollow - http://rufus.akeo.ie/downloads/rufus-2.7.exe
2) download fwguid http://dl.dropbox.com/u/17751350/AsRock%201394%20GUID/1394%20ID.zip" rel="nofollow - https://dl.dropbox.com/u/17751350/AsRock%201394%20GUID/1394%20ID.zip
3) unzip file to your bootable usb
4) restart your pc pressing F1 and immediately F11 to select boot order and choose usb
5) run fwguid c XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX where X is the number that are written in the yellow label (mine is 00138F0000144DA2 and i think the most of mobos is 00138FXXXXXXXXXX)
now you are done!enjoy!!!
