Can anyone help with an issue. After it starts it shows the motherboard and after it goes to a error screen saying to power down and connect all pcieslots to power. But everything is powered and pcie shows green. I tried updating bios and it has the same problem. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Important is to mention, which model and brand of PSU is connected, and which BIOS version and CPU are used.
Keep in mind that support replies to an Gmail account, often end up in the Spam folder
