New system.

Flashed current bios.
Loaded defaults.

ASRock Logo displays for at least 60 sec with boot options.

Selecting boot options does nothing to change boot time.
Screen will eventually change to selection option... ie., boot menu or bios.

Sometimes it takes several minutes to boot past the boot screen.

Check to see if CSM is enabled or disabled in your UEFI. I suspect it may be set
to disabled by default with the new BIOS version. If your OS was installed with
it enabled then the system will be unable to find your boot device until you manually
select it from the boot menu.

Enable CSM if it's disabled, disable it if enabled, see if that resolves the issue.

I don't see a CSM option.

ASRock Z690 PG Riptide
i7-12700k
Gigabyte GTX 1070ti (with uefi support)

When I boot from the Windows 10 Installer on USB,
it loads to the ASRock logo, on the bottom of the screen I get boot options.
It stays here for anywhere from 60 secodns to several minutes.

If I pick an option, it doesn't change any faster no matter whether I choose F2, F11, etc.,

When I get to the point where Windows spinner starts up on the lower part of the screen, it just hangs there for a very long time. I gave up after 5 minutes.

I have never has a system take this long to boot past the BIOS screen.

I have updated to the latest BIOS from the BIOS internet update tool.

I load defaults.

I try to boot from a Windows boot device, USB flash drive, USB hard drive, anything. Never works.

I have booted Linux on here fine. Took a LONG time, but eventually worked.

If I wait long enough it crashes to blue screen with upnp driver error.

Flashed bios 3.02. Now I can boot rom USB devices.
Boot into Windows 10 setup. No sata drivers.
Or is sata device not supported in this bios?
Can't use the cd for drivers because no sata.
Can't use the drivers on a flash drive, becasue it doesn't find them.
What drivers are needed and how to I find them?
When will a stable bios be available for this Motherboard and the i7 12700k?
