I'm trying to turn off power to USB when the PC is off. If tried all the windows settings and no luck. I don't see a deep sleep option in bios...is it not a feature on the board?

Without knowing the board, it is difficult to answer.

When you look on page 61, you will see the Deep Sleep option.
So best would be to use the online PDF manual from the board you choose.
H chipset in combinbation with a K CPU cannot overclock, for OC you MUST have a Z series chipset, in combination with a K series CPU

Its the h410m-hdv. I don't have a deep sleep option and the last bios update was almost 2yrs ago.
