PC won't post unless cmos reset.

PC specs:
Mobo ASRock B550M Pro4, AMD AM4, Micro ATX, DDR4
Proc AMD Ryzen 5 5600X, Cache 35MB, 3.7GHz, no video - 100-100000065BOX
Mem RAM Patriot Viper Steel 16GB - PVS416G320C6
SSD WD Blue SN550, 500GB, M.2, PCIe, NVMe - WDS500G2B0C
PSU XPG Core Reactor, 750W, 80 Plus Gold

Computer worked normally for 1 week, in this morning it did not boot anymore.

It only enters the setup screen if I do a clear CMOS.
After clear CMOS and turn ON PC then mobo lights(boot, vga, cpu, ram) blink and then turn off and finally POST and can enter SETUP. CPU identified, mem RAM identified, SSD m.2 identified aparently everinthing is OK.

After it I reset computer then CPU and RAM lights keeps ON and PC not POST, no video, no mouse, no keyboard, but fans all ON. Sometimes only CPU lights keeps ON.

Please any advice.

Switch to compatibility mode, turn off fTPM in bios. I suspect you recently updated your bios right?

"Enable AMD CPU fTPM in BIOS default" in bios 2.20 this may be the issue.

Also did you disconnect anything?

I didn't update the bios.

I disabled fTPM, but I haven't tried compatibility mode.

Disconnect what?

FTPM is not the cause of this, it's a setting in BIOS, and in newer BIOS it is enabled by default, because Windows 11 demands it, also when upgrading from 10 to 11.
This is a process of ellimination.
You didn't provide details on what graphics card is used, and what happens when you are in BIOS, load default settings f9, save with f10, and use only 1 memory module in A2.
The error that you see basically means that something is not able to be initialzed, and this happens for instance when XMP memoy profiles are used.
Another casue is sometimes wireles keybaord/mouse USB dongles, they cause so much interfeerence that they block alal USB communication.
UEFI sends out a signal, when it starts, and all hardware must reply with information, so also monitor, keyboard and mouse, then UEFI will activate al hardware, even before it completely boots.
Try with a minimum of hardwar, so also no M.2 or SATA, or USB cardreaders.
And see to it Windows is installed in GPT (UEFI) mode

-------------
Kind Regards
