Hello, i got my hands on a little mighty ASRock IMB-180 industrial motherboard with a tiny CPU cooler, which is kinda enough for the 49000MQ under it as long as you dont do any overclocking. The problem is that it has really bad cpu fan control that makes the system to be unbearably loud at load with that tiny 60mm fan. I cant seem to find a bigger CPU cooler for this board and making a custom heatsink is not easy since there is not much width around the cpu socket. Maybe someone knows where i could get a decent cpu cooler for this?

I think best would be to checkout https://noctua.at/en/" rel="nofollow - https://noctua.at/en/ Or go for a fanless chassis like the Akasa Cypher. But face it, this is a board that is built around less powerconsumption, it is simply not equiped for overclocking. When you require more info it would be best to contact ASRock Industrial support, https://www.asrockind.com/en-gb/technical-support" rel="nofollow - https://www.asrockind.com/en-gb/technical-support When using gmail, check you spam folder for replies

Thanks, but ive got everything i wanted. I modified the mounting and am currently using Gamaxx 400 EX cooler on it. An i could argue with you regarding the overclocking potencial, even though vrm mosfets doesnt have any cooling it doesnt even struggle to feed 4900MQ at 4.4GZh at almost 90W and im sure ir could do even more, but it was enough to set a record on HWBot Cinebench R15 for this CPU :)
