AsRock 970 fatal1ty performance mobo doesnt work

Pc turned off
bought it to tech, said it was done but its under warranty
So what do i do?

i have box but cut out the thing for the mir that i never got lol

If it's still within the return period from where you purchased it I'd exchange it there.
