HI. Since I bought this MoBo 2 years ago, it's been restarting itself randomly, always showing critical error kernel power 41 from the event viewer. A few days ago, it suddenly restarted, failing to recognize the ssd storage. When I reconnect everything back again, nothing goes on, no power, no start. Only things connected to usb 2.0 ports got power. PSU was tested and even replaced CPU: Ryzen 3200G GPU: R7 360 RAM: Hyper X 16 GB PSU: Enermax 600W MoBo: ASRock B450M HDV R4.0 SSD: Western Digital 128 gb
Now checking the MoBo with a friend, we discovered that touching a piece located next to the CMOS battery https://drive.google.com/file/d/18pbu-9OYX-VJM80xMQgMTnre2yVcbMTd/view?usp=sharing" rel="nofollow - https://drive.google.com/file/d/18pbu-9OYX-VJM80xMQgMTnre2yVcbMTd/view?usp=sharing with a code CX1 while making ground(with the floor),CPU and Case fans begin to run but shows no video or response from power switch button. Any clue what does this CX1 piece? Please Help

That is a crystal oscillator used to control the system's clock timing. It could have gone bad. It should have numbers on the part itself if you remove it (desolder) from the board. It shouldn't be too hard to replace with a steady hand, some solder and a soldering iron.
