I've tried in all the slots on the motherboard but my SIL 3132 pcie
x1 raid controller card isn't recognized at all:
-the "system browser" tool in the bios shows everytime the slot as
empty.
-Windows 10 too
I've tried this pci-e x1 card in another skylake motherboard from
another manufacturer, on the MSI-H110M PRO-D and it's detected and working in
bios as in windows, so it's definitely a compatibility issue on the
asrock. I've even tried (as same other user suggested) to disable in the bios the option "auto" for the pcie2 slot to gen1-2-3 but hasn't worked.
Another issue is that there's no option to
enable/disable usb "xhci handsoff" for better usb compatibility for other OSes. Hope to see those 2 problems solved or by flashing a new bios release.
Thank you

I've received official response from asrock Tech service, basically i have to set PCIE2 slot to GEN1 in bios, and swap my discrete graphic card from his 16x lane slot (it's the PCIE2 as is called in bios setting), put it elsewhere in a 1x or 4x slot and put my measly x1 lane sata card in the only true 16x slot Angry.... so i'm wasting throughtput 2 times: running the graphic card at 4x and using a the only 16x slot with a 1x card because they can't make a 1x card run in his 1x slot. I build pc for my customers and i've had other asrock mb for personal use, the last one being a z77 oc formula, but this last absolutely nonsense solution is making me change my mind for buying future pc parts from this brand. Here their response:
Dear customer, Thank you for the query.
We have customer has an identical SATA card, the card can be recognized at PCIE2, Gen1 mode.
Therefore, we recommend you to set the PCIE2 link speed to Gen1 in BIOS for try.
