Hi everyone. I have a problem:
PC isn't booting. When I turn on the computer, the CPU and chassis fans start running. Nothing posts, the monitor doesn't turn on, and the computer restarts itself after around 25-30 seconds.

MB: B450M Pro4 R2.0
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600
RAM: Kingston FURY Beast 2x8GB DDR4 PC4-25600 KF432C16BBK2/16

What I tried:
- swapping ram slots
- swapping ram itself (3 different vendors and models)
- swapping gpu
- swapping psu
- resetting cmos
- building on a box with only ram and gpu attached

The restarts is normal, the system has to detect the hardware and find settings it can boot with.
Did you also check, if the CPU is correctly inserted, and if all pins are okay?
Yiu can use the tech support form and give the details

The 3600 should run out of the box,
Try the following
switch off the PSU, and press the start button for about 20 or so seconds
Remove the BIOS battery for about 5 minutes, and place it back.
check if 24 pin ATX and 8 pin CPU power are properly conencted, and when you GPU requires power, conenct it.
Connect keybaord, mouse and monitor, switch the PSu on and start the system, give it a few minutes, and maybe try with another monitor, or monitor cable

Kind Regards

Thank you for your reply. I've tried everything you've mentioned - no luck. I returned MB to the store and bought another model. Everything works fine now.
