I just bought a second samsung 950 pro 512gb m.2 ssd
does this board support m.2 raid 0?

No, RAID is not supported for M.2 PCIe SSDs on this board, sorry to say.

Several reasons for that, including the two M.2 ports on this board are connected to different resources/devices.

The Ultra M.2 port is connected to the CPU's PCIe 3.0 lanes, while the M2_1 port is connected to the X99 chipset's PCIe 2.0 lanes.

Keep in mind the M2_1 port will not let a 950 Pro perform at its maximum potential, since it is a PCIe 2.0 x 4 interface. If the two M.2 ports on this board were used in RAID 0, the resulting speed would be limited by the M2_1 interface.

so how many Gb/s we talking in m2_1 port?
and should i put my 2 x crossfire cards in the 2nd and 3rd video card slots?
