Motherboard H670M-ITX/ax, socket 1700 with latest bios.
RGB components ~ Phanteks Neon Digital led strip (2x) ~ Be Quiet Light Wings 120mm PWM (2x) ~ G.Skill Trident Z Royal F4-3200C16D-32GTRS (2x 16GB) ~ MSI GeForce RTX 3070 Suprim X 8G LHR
Connections Phanteks led strip + Light Wings fans are connected with the be Quiet ARGB hub which is connected to the only ARGB motherboard connector. It complies with Polychrome software.
The graphics card uses the Mystic Light software. The polychrome software does not detect the graphic cards RGB even when the Mystic Light software is not installed.
Problem The G.skill memory only worked with polychrome when the graphics card wasn't installed. Installing the G.Skill software did nothing to control the lights and now they are ALWAYS on, except when I turn off the pc.
If I could have the option to turn off the G.Skill lights it would be a big step. Thank you in advance!

EDIT: Need to add that the memory is not recognized (greyed out) in the polychrome software. Except when the graphics card is not installed.

Another edit:
Would it help if I bought a controller to connect the Phanteks Leds and be Quiet fans? Or is it a matter of the motherboard(s bios) thwarting any chance of cohesive control?

Hi SamPorter,
Thank you for your post.
We recommend only using 1 RGB utility to avoid software conflict.
In your case, the problem may be related to both RGB utilities trying to control your RGB memory. Please only use Polychrome RGB to control your RGB devices.
By the way, only ASRock GPU can be controlled by Polychrome RGB.
All the best ASRock TSD

I have uninstalled Razer, MSI control center and G.Skill RGB software. Only polychrome remains and it's still not detecting the memory (greyed out).
The only time polychrome did detect the memory rgb was when the GPU was not installed (neither was any other rgb software, just polychrome).

This is what polychrome detects currently:
RGB LED 1 Addressable RGB LED 1 Select all channel Addressable RGBswap Addressable LED number: 80
Onboard LED is the only tab showing. Component Sync list on the left is ALL greyed out.
Sometimes the RGB control only works when I pick static color and shift the speed, choose a color and all options are available again. Not a problem, but it's a weird way to get rgb started.
