I'm sorry but I do not understand some of what you wrote.

First you wrote this:

"but when i plug 6 videaocard"

Does this mean you have six (6) video cards connected to the board?

Then you wrote this:

"3 videocard work properly? ant the other not work"

There you said three (3) video cards work. But another does not work? Is that four (4) cards?

How many video cards are you trying to use?

What are you doing with all the video cards being used at once?

All Skylake CPUs have 16 PCIe 3.0 lanes that can be used by video cards. Those are the resources used by video cards.

You have three PCIe 3.0 x 16 slots in your board for video cards. All three PCIe 3.0 x16 slots share the 16 PCIe 3.0 lanes.

When you connect three video cards to the PCIe 3.0 x16 slots, they will use 8 PCIe 3.0 lanes + 4 PCIe 3.0 lanes + 4 PCIe 3.0 lanes. That is 16 PCIe 3.0 lanes being used, so no more left to use.

That is why you get the error message, "This device cannot find enough free resources that it can use.

The three video cards use up all the 16 PCIe 3.0 lanes, there are no more lanes for a video card to use.
