Help! My motherboard is an ASUS PRIME Z690-P WIFI D4. Unless I attach a PCIe GPU, it appears I can't change it to classic boot modes (CSM settings are greyed off).

Will Unraid use UEFI to boot?

Well, you are not on the Asus forum, but on the ASRock forum
CSM (Compatibility Support Module) can only be set to disabled, when your graphics card support the Graphics Output Protocol (GOP), but older cards cannot support his, maybe that is why it is greyed out.
I cannot tell if Unraid can work, but when CSM is set to disabled, and you install an OS, it is always installed in UEFI (GPT under Windows) Mode.

Kind Regards
