I have seen multiple posts about Beta Bios's for the Fatal1ty 990FX Killer to enable the TPM feature. If these are true there are multiple versions of the 1.60 BIOS such as a 1.60b and a 1.60d. Can anyone verify if any of these are real and do indeed enable the option for the "AMD fTPM Switch" under the BIOS?!?! If so do you need to purchase a TPM module, as I have heard it is already on the boards? If any of this is real/correct/accurate, why does Asrock make it so hard to find or obtain? and where can I get the correct info or BIOS from? Any help would be appreciated...........................

There should be a BIOS 1.60D, that enables TPM 2.0 modules. But the board officially supported only TMP 1, but you're talking about a board that is 8 years old, and no manufacturer will keep spare ports, after the boards are EOL for such a long time. You will not find a TPM module anywhere, and most of the newer boards, have it integrated in the CPU, which means that from a certain CPU and chipset onwards fTPM, or Platform Trust Technology is integrated. And if this is about Windows 11, you can forget it, the CPU's are not supported either https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/design/minimum/supported/windows-11-supported-intel-processors" rel="nofollow - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/design/minimum/supported/windows-11-supported-intel-processors
------------- Kind Regards
