Is there an ASRock motherboard (LGA 1700 or AM5) with a removable UEFI firmware chip or with support for external flashing of a firmware (using a programmer) without desoldering (for example, with a special port for external flashing)?

All boards have a SPI header, next to the BIOS chip, when using for instance a SkyproII programmer, with a clip that You can hook onto the chip itself, You can flash the BIOS.
AMD boards, and Intel SOC (CPU onboard) use 1.8Volt, so You must use a voltage convertor.
Standard Intel boards, with CPU socket use 3.8Volt, so You can skip the voltage convertor

Kind Regards
