Z390 PRO4 FW 4.70 Can't Disable CSM

Please, can someone help figure out what I'm doing wrong?

Unlike the manual that comes with my motherboard, there is no option to disable the CSM on the Z390 PRO4 on firmware 4.70, thus I am unable to enable Secure Boot, thus I am unable to upgrade to Windows 11.

I am installed in GPT/UEFI mode.

I have enabled Intel Trusted Platform module.

I am well familiar with the process of enabling Secure Boot for Windows.

In the motherboard manual, on page 87 (93 in the PDF), it is shown there is an option to DISABLE THE CSM:

Closeup of the option highlighted from the manual:

There is only one disk in the computer, the boot drive, no USB devices, the boot drive is GPT as you can see:

The computer is booting as UEFI:

Latest BIOS/UEFI Firmware:

Intel Trusted Platform Module (TPM2) is enabled:

No option to disable CSM and only one disk on Windows Boot Manager:

Option to 'Enable' Secure Boot is available:

And the cryptic message about disabling CSM which has no option to be disabled, so what am I doing wrong here?! It's driving me mental:

A lot of peole say CSM is not there, but usually when You go into BIOS>> Boot, and scroll down, the option is there.
It will not work, when You use a graphics card, hat doesn't support GOP, then it will simply boot back into BIOS.
AMD starting from RX560 and above, and nvidia from 1-xx onwards, supports GOP.
By the way, when You use a FAT formatted USB stick, it is possible to make these BIOS screenshots by pressing f12
There is a firmware TPM on thos board, so for Windows 11, Yiu don't need a TMP module, as far as I know, You only need to enable this

Kind Regards
