Hello, my Asrock Z690M Phantom Gaming board has two options in the UEFI tool - Instant Flash, and Intel MEI flash. Both options are able to select and read the same files, but which option should I use, or both?

Thank you for your post.

To update the BIOS, please select "Instant flash" and select the BIOS that you would like to update.
