Hi,

I have a Z790 Steel Legend WiFi with an AIC 4 on the way. I am running Windows 11, intel 13900K.

I plan to use the AIC only to use a Universal Audio Thunderbolt Audio interface.

I read the AIC install guide and it mentions hooking up the AIC to the TB header, display port header and USB 2.0 header.

Do I need to hook the card up to the USB or display port header if I don't plan to use a monitor? I am not sure what the USB 2.0 header will get me either? Is that just for power delivery?
