What do you know, bios 3.50 for Z170 Pro 4 board has all the latest fixes + SkyOC which was removed back in March.

I quickly tested booting with BCLK at 130 and it started up just fine. 

This bios also removes the annoying error message in event log and should be fixing some annoyances with CPU fan control (not tested).
