Is there a way to enable onboard sata downstream port multiplication on AsRock N3050B motherboard?

I don't think so, because this SOC board, does not even have a chipset, everything is handled by the CPU, and this limits also the available resources.
The only way to get more harddisks, would be to use a Dawicontrol SATA/Raid card, they usually work fine on ASRock boards
