Did you try a clean installation? There is no special driver for it. Please first install the INF (intel chipset driver) https://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Z170M%20Extreme4/index.asp#Download" rel="nofollow - https://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Z170M%20Extreme4/index.asp#Download That might solve it for you
------------- Kind Regards

Yes, after clean installation I have installed INF driver ver:10.1.1.38 for windows 8.1 64bit and restarted the PC but same problem in device manager. Print screen attached with device manager and OS version.
Another symptom is the windows update KB 5012170 fails to install multiple times, its related to Security update for Secure Boot DBX. Maybe the driver is also related with Secure Boot...
Pls help.
Thanks!

I search for the DeviceID says:
Hello, this is Bing. It seems like you are looking for drivers for your device. The code you entered is a device ID for USB Type-C Port Policy Controller12, which is part of your NVIDIA graphics card. |
