For the Z790 PG Lightning there is a header (Front Panel Type C USB 3.2 Gen1 Header (USB32_TC2)) that is frustratingly at a weird angle for me. Is there a recommended right angle adapter available? I would like the adapter to face out past the edge of the board - would that be type-a or type-b for an adapter if I buy a third party one if one is not available?

The board has 2 20 Pins USB3 headers, and one USB Type C.
You are referring to the USB C.
Connectors in a 90 dgree angle, are not available from ASRock, so it would be a USB C Male connector
