I bought the z690m-itx/ax along with an Intel i3-13100 (Intel UHD Graphics 730).
When turning on the PC I get no video outout an also 5 beeps when booting up. This is what I've tried:

Used 2 different discrete GPU's (Nvidia 1060 & 650ti. Both work on other PC's).
Used different 500w power supplies that work on other PC's.
Used different RAM that work on other PC's.
I haven't tried another CPU because I do not have any others that are compatible with the MB.

Any ideas on what can be the issue.

Uefi sends out a signal and all hardware must reply with information, so UEFI can activate all hardware before it boots.
5 Beeps mean, no Input or output device is found, which is either keyboard or mouse, or, and that is in the most cases, the monitor isn't detected.
Some monitors use the pins in the connector in a different way, and that can also cause problems, usually that happens with the HDMI port, and a different HDMI cable, van make the difference.

Kind Regards
