Hi All.....
I Created a driver package with the latest components
ASRock Realtek USB Audio Drivers Driver 12/05/2022,6.3.9600.2349
Updated components: RealtekService 02/20/2023, 1.0.597.0
RealtekHSA 02/07/2023,11.0.6000.290
RealtekASIO 09/23/2022,1.0.0.9
ExtRtXUsb 08/18/2022, 1.0.0.66
Launch "Install.cmd" by right-click Run as admin, should automatically restart when done
Download:

Before installing this, create a restore point.
If afterwards, it doesn't work properly, uninstall the software, restart, and use the restore point
