Bought friday and tested all components on another board

System postS to BIOS then when i try to load windows files it switches off and restarts

This happens if i try to update the bios

Running the following

Intel Core i7 5820K s2011 v3
2x8GB Cors Veng LPX DDR4-3200
6GB EVGA GTX 980 Ti HYBRID
Samsung 950 Pro 512GB M.2 PCI-e 3.0 x 4 NVMe Solid
Coolermaster VS650 fULLY MOD

Bios is on 1.2
