I have new pc build with H410M-HVS 2.0, proc Intel i5-10400f, GTX 1660.

finished building the pc, i tried turning it on but nothing appears on the monitor,not even the bios appears :(

Anyway, it will not work without graphics card, because of the F CPU's that don't have integrated graphics.
Both CPU and 24 Pin power cables conencted?
