I have an ASRock H670 STEEL LEGEND motherboard and I enabled the "USB Power on keyboard / remote" to turn it on from my keyboard. This works however my question is, is there a way to make a combo for the key press instead of just any key?

No this is not possible, since it only detects the interrupt the keystroke is generating

Ok thanks, this wasn't as much of an issue as I thought it was going to be when I first assigned it.
