Hi,

here are my system-specs:

Asrock X79 Extreme 11 with Windows 10 Support
Windows 10 Professional Version 1511 Build 10586.218
2x Broadcom BCM57781 Driver Version 15.6.1.3 (Driverdate 18.08.2015)

Teaming is broken, i tried to build the lanteam with the Broadcom Advanced Control Suite 4 Version 16.3.1.0 and it failed:

Failed to commit team configuration

It seems that Windows 10 has broken the teaming-functions. Intel will release a driver-fix, i had written a mail to broadcom but they replied i need to contact the mainboard-support from asrock.

I WISH Intel would release a fix for the broken Teaming feature, caused by Windows 10! Angry

Or should I say that Microsoft should do something about it!

The first Intel network driver available for Windows 10 is version 20.2. Intel is currently at version 20.7, and Teaming is still not fixed. Ouch

If we check the download page of this driver, we find a statement about the broken Teaming feature. Wait, I have that wrong, Teaming is not broken, just not currently supported:

If you were to run this driver installation program with Win 10, you'll also see a message about this problem displayed during the driver installation.

I found that with the first build of Win 10 (10280 I believe?), when used with the Intel 20.2 network driver, Teaming was not broken. As soon as my Win 10 installations were updated to build 10586, regardless of the Intel driver version, Teaming is broken. This happens on my X99 and Z170 boards.

Broadcom told you to contact your mother board supplier? Sure, dump this issue on someone else.

The best a mother board manufacture can do is supply an updated Intel network driver... If and when it is available. As of the date of this thread, no such driver exists.

We are all stuck with this issue until Intel and/or Microsoft find a fix, sorry to say.
