When going from my 3600x to the 5800x3d I updated my bios to 7.00 then 7.10 as per the taichi instructions loading default uefi after each update. However, now when dual channel RAM is installed in either configuration the PC will power cycle with the monitors and debug LED remaining blank. With one stick of RAM in either the A1 or B1 slot the PC will boot and work as intended. I thought it was a bad memory controller on the CPU so I returned it for a new one but the same problem persists. Oh and I also tried the full CMOS reset process by no dice there as well.
Any suggestions on what I could try next would be much appreciated.

Tried his voltage advice by no luck, I wonder if it's just the RAM in general being the problem.
