I'm having no success booting a new build:
Taichi X670E Ryzen 9 7950X 4 x 64 GB Corsair Dominator Platinum DDR5 RAM Corsair iCUE H100i Elite CPU Cooler Thermaltake 850W Power Supply Thermatake Core X71 Full Tower
All the fans and LCDs turn on but the Dr. Debug error code is 00 and the machine is not booting.
Also, the RESET SW pins, when shorted, are not rebooting the machine.
I tried various combinations of removing memory, SATA, and USB connections to the CPU cooler, but always the same result, even after ten minutes, nothing changes.
Any ideas on how I can determine what is wrong, whether it's the motherboard or the CPU?

Haha, turns out the CPU cables were not plugged in.
The system boots now, and I installed some software, but I'm having trouble with graphics drivers and screen resolution, atm.

I had some options during the Debian 11 installation that I probably got wrong. One that says, I'll paraphrase, "sometimes this will not work," so I abandoned Debian (sad, after 20 years) for Kubuntu, and installation was perfect.
It seems most proprietary entities I have come across explicitly support ubuntu versions. Previously, I had to assume software would work on Debian because I would not have a choice.
Anyway, the OpenGL Mesa graphics driver is working perfectly on the Radeon RX 6600, afaict.

It's unfortunate that you encountered some issues during the Debian 11 installation, but I'm glad that you found success with Kubuntu instead. Ubuntu-based distributions often have better compatibility https://garagedoorrepairportsmouth.net/garage-door-repair-vs-replacement-which-option-is-right-for-you/" rel="nofollow - option and support from proprietary software providers. It's great to hear that the OpenGL Mesa graphics driver is working flawlessly with your Radeon RX 6600. Enjoy your experience with Kubuntu, and thank you for sharing your feedback!

It seems like you're experiencing difficulties booting your new build. Given the Dr. Debug error code 00 and the fact that the machine isn't booting, it could indicate a potential issue with either the motherboard or the CPU. To troubleshoot, you've already attempted removing memory, SATA, and USB connections, but with no success. You may consider seeking assistance from technical support or consulting a professional to diagnose and determine the exact https://garagedoorrepairrichmondva.com/the-importance-of-regular-garage-door-maintenance/" rel="nofollow - door cause of the problem for further troubleshooting steps.
