Hi there,
4 years ago I have build my system using below equipment:
- MB: Ashrock Z390 Phantom Gaming 9 - CPU: Intel i9 9900K - Cooling: AIO Cooler Master - Ram: 32gb ram DDR4 Corsair Vengeance LPX 2400Mhz - PSU: Corsair CX750M 750w - GPU: (Updated) Radeon 6700 XT - M2 1TB drive - Seagate 3TB HDD - 2 x 512 SSD random vendor
Yesterday, I have turned my PC off (Shut down) as usual and today when I tried to turn it back on the whole PC is dead with the code displaying OO.
Troubleshooting i have done so far: - cleared CMOS (with the method provided on this forum) - removed parts (3 x ram, GPU, drives) - checked PSU with shorting method - works
My question is, what else I can do to fix the issue of to troubleshoot more? CPU was not overclocked and it was working fine for the past 4 years.
Any help would be awesome. Thanks

A code 00 usually means, a defective CPU. Remove all hardware, and check the CPU socket pins, than mount the CPU cooler, but don't tighten it, and 1 memory module, and of course both PSU cables, wired USB keyboard and mouse, and a monitor. Or use the tech support form https://tw.asrock.com/events/tsd.asp" rel="nofollow - https://tw.asrock.com/events/tsd.asp And check the spam folder for replies
------------- Kind Regards

I have the same problem asrock z87 extreme 4 ram 8g 1600 cpu i5 4570 gpu gtx1060
After using this motherboard for a one years, this problem happened. When I turn off the power (turn off the standby key) and restart the system, I encounter code 00. It's a strange problem. I didn't have such a problem with Asus motherboards.
The only temporary solution: I turn off the system and press the cmos clear key. A few moments later, the system turns on by itself and the code 00 disappears. This is a temporary solution. After a few days, code 00 occurs again Support has not given me any solution so far
