Found this motherboard at a good price, though before buying:
  1) This should work with the AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D 3.4 GHz 100MB?
  2) will my ASUS TUF GeForce RTX 3090 24GB Gaming OC card fit?
  3) My PSU is Fractal Design Newton R2, 800W. This should work, right? It's getting old but it works great currently with the 3090 and my intel build.
  4) current RAM is G.Skill Ripjaws V Black DDR4 3200MHz. Anything i should upgrade, will it work?

Don't worry if you can't answer all, i'm all glad for anything :D

  Many thanks!

How timely. I just built my 10th AM4 PC with similar combo (B550M Steel Legend + R7-5800X3D). That's 10th AM4 AsRock motherboard for me. Motherboard came with the latest BIOS release (2.50). But I upgraded it to the latest beta anyway (L2.62).
I don't have a fancy GPU (just an RX 6600), but I don't see anything wrong with the selection you have. Fast RAM is not as important with the X3D chip, so you should be fine with the one you have. I'm using Micron's JEDEC-spec ECC UDIMMs (3200MT/s), so horrendous timings (22-22-22) (laugh).
As for the GPU fit, you obviously will lose access to 2nd and 3rd PCIe slots, since the huge GPU will block their use. But who uses them anyway (laugh). Beyond that, it's a case question, not a motherboard question.

I don't see why it wouldn't work.
Good luck with the build, feel free to drop any more questions here on the forums if you run into any
