It's just standard Realtek ALC887/897. Personally, I wouldn't have bothered with a vendor driver. I'd have just let the OS install the default driver and leave it at that. I guess you get some sort of an extra control panel if you install Realtek software? Regardless, you should be able to control various settings from Control Panel -> Sound. From there, you can enable/disable, change levels, make default, change mic gains (Recording tab), and so on. |
