Im having the same issue on an 570x taichi 3.0.446 happenig in the last month or so. Im going to install the newest version I guess and give it a try. My fans are set in bios too and only the cpu fan curve stay. The other two I have are system fans and they just stay to one rpm even tho the bios have them set to a curve.
