Hi,
I have the ASRock Fatal1ty B450 Gaming-ITX for the last couple of years with a 2200G and 8GM RAM. PC worked fine until some days ago, that while turned off (or forgotten in suspense) power led started flashing and pc could not start or turned off. In order to stop the flashing LED, I had to remove the power cord. PC case is a miniITX (Inwin Chopin) with 150W PSU.
When I removed top and bottom sides of case, pc started normally!! At that point I decided to make also an upgrade and change to 4600G with 16GB. Since then I cannot start the PC anymore. I tried old CPU and RAM, another PSU, reset CMOS, but cant even see the BIOS screen!!!
has the motherboard gone bad?? Any other ideas to test??
  thanks

Try this using the original CPU and RAM: https://forum.asrock.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=630&title=how-to-clear-cmos-via-battery-removal" rel="nofollow - https://forum.asrock.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=630&title=how-to-clear-cmos-via-battery-removal
Then, if you get the system to POST again, make sure your BIOS is up to date to support the 4600g. If it is up to date you can install the 4600g again and try it. If it still won't POST (show a display output) then try repeating the instructions in the link but using the 4600k now.
  Good luck.
