my b460 Steel legend onboard RGB (PCB, PCB heatsink and RGB Led socket) not turning on, only ASRGB slot for asrgb fan that seems to work

i tried WriteFW and run cmd to wlcpflash and get fail to enter ICP mode
tried both 2.0.109 and 2.0.136 with no luck

hope anyone can help
