ASRock H61M-DGS R2.0 LGA 1155 Intel H61 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard okay how do you connect the heatsink an fan to the mother board what brackets do you use ,The brackets is under the mother board an they have to be replaced right?

We will need more info, what heatsink are you trying to install (full brand and model) and it would be good to have the rest of your system specs too. -------------

Are you talking about the metal plate on the bottom of the mother board, in this picture:  Of course you are, what other "bracket" can we see? Do NOT remove that metal plate, it is used to hold the CPU socket onto the board. If a CPU cooler uses a bracket to attach it to the board, that bracket fits over the CPU socket retention plate.
