Working on a new build with the B650M Riptide WIFI Mobo and am getting the persistent CPU/DRAM lights that won't shut off (fans and LEDs come on, nothing else happens other than those two lights). Have tried all the recommended things (i.e., taking things out, putting them back in again), including removing and re-setting all of the power cables.

Rest of the build:

- AMD Ryzen 5 7600
- 2x 16GB G.Skill Ripjaws S5
- Samsung 970 EVO Plus SSD 2TB NVMe M.2
- PowerColor Fighter AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT
- Thermaltake Toughpower GX2 80+ Gold 600W
- Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120

The DRAM are in A2 and B2 (although I've also tried A1/B1 as well as just using one of them and putting it in B2 then A2). Any help would be much appreciated -- thanks.

How long have you waited? First boot/DRAM training can supposedly take multiple minutes on AM5.

I have the same issue.

Ryzen 7 7700X

beQuiet 850W 80+ gold

Patriot viper 2x16GB DDR5 5600MHZ CL36

RX6800XT Asus

Both DRAM and CPU lights on, and I don't have image or USB power, brand new PC. It booted only twice, the first time for a couple of seconds and then the second time I restarted it to get into the bios, same issue.

I have tried the rams on all slots in all the possible configurations and made sure that they are properly seated. I tried in the case and out of the case, with and without. Onboard graphics. I tried CMOS reset, and I even flashed the bios. Same issue. This particular model of ram is not in the QVL list of the Mobo, so I returned them and I am waiting for a Corsair set which is in the QVL list. If it still doesn't work, I'm going to replace the mobo under warranty. Such a hassle for a brand new PC.
