My Steel Legend X670E does memory retraining about every two weeks without further ado, is that normal?
I use 2X16 Kingston 6000Mhz Expo and Ryzen 7800X3D and 1.28 bios.

AMD is catching up on understanding DDR5, always use the latest even if it is beta.

During the Zen1,2,3 days of DDR4, AMD took 5 years +++ to fully optimize / utilize DDR4. So you are adviced to update the bios as often as they release a new AGESA.
