its invalid instruction/invalid memory access
you should probably run memtest for ram errors

upping the DDR5 memory voltage to 1.22v (from 1.2v) and SOC voltage to 1.27v (from 1.2v) fixed this for me.

2.00     2023/11/14     Update AGESA to ComboAM5 1.1.0,

this makes very bad impression on customer - a bad FW upgrade after which i have to figure out: make it work or downgrade? - waste of my time

2 previous 'beta' bioses worked fine
