Hi everybody! I have a problem with the processor 2400F,eventhough the upgrade ti the last Bios was succesful and everything that was to be updated in the motherboard was updated,the CPU is not able to reach 4400 megahertz in benchmark or in gaming. Instead it remains in 2,2 GHz.
Does any of you have any suggestions to solve it?

For example with Cinebench 23 it gets only scarsely to 4000 points.

My configuration is set at:

Asrock z690M-ITX/ax
12400f
Corsair VENGEANCE® RGB PRO 32 GB (2 x 16) ddr4 3600 xmp activated
Asus mini dual Nvidia 3060ti
PSU Cooler Master g700 700w
