I just bought new/used motherboard started it once - got to the bios and everything was working fine.
second time (with no changes to components) I started the pc - and got blank screen.
The CPU fan is not working.
I checked with voltmeter to see that it gets power correctly to the CPU - seems ok.
tried removing memory and cables and reinstalling - but also didn't worked.
I don't see any buzzer or led light to try and troubleshot the problem.
any ideas ?
