Hi,

I am trying to install the AI Quickset, but it seems to get stuck during installing, either that or it takes a really long time. I've been looking at this prompt for almost half an hour.

'installing shark, this may take 10-15 minutes. Please wait...'

and it's been almost half an hour.

my system
x570
5800x3d
32gb ram
Asrock PG 7900xtx

thanks,

Hi,

It seems you're encountering an issue with the installation of AI Quickset. Here are some steps you can try to resolve the problem:

Check System Requirements: Ensure that your system meets all the requirements for AI Quickset. Your hardware seems sufficient, but make sure your operating system and any required software dependencies are up to date.

Restart the Installation: Sometimes, the installation process might get stuck due to a temporary glitch. Cancel the current installation, restart your computer, and try installing AI Quickset again.

Run as Administrator: If you're on Windows, try running the installation as an administrator. Right-click the installer and select "Run as administrator."

Check Internet Connection: Ensure you have a stable and fast internet connection, as the installation might be downloading additional components.

Free Up Resources: Close any unnecessary applications that might be consuming system resources, which could interfere with the installation process.

Disable Antivirus/Firewall: Sometimes, antivirus or firewall settings can block the installation process. Temporarily disable them and try installing again. Remember to enable them after the installation is complete.

Check Logs: If the installation process creates log files, check them for any error messages that could give you a clue about what's going wrong.

Update Drivers: Ensure your system drivers, especially your GPU drivers, are up to date.

Contact Support: If none of the above steps work, consider reaching out to the support team for AI Quickset. They might have more specific troubleshooting steps for your issue.

If you provide more details about the installation process or any error messages, I might be able to offer more specific advice.
