Hi everyone.

I shutdown my PC about 36hrs prior (no issues) and when I went to boot it few hours ago, I got this error

https://www.dropbox.com/s/u7t6e0gjo2tcd9y/Untitled.png?dl=0

few details about my setup:

I have 2 x 256gb sandisk ssd's in raid 0 as boot a drive, I had it since October and no issues. Today, upon boot that issue comes up. When I select f11 to boot, I do not see raid at all. Bios does show 2 ssd's

When I boot from my windows disc and go to dos, my c: becomes my 1tb backup sata drive (which is e: normally).

Things I did:
  • I checked to make sure my cables were attached
  • No one else has access to my PC, so bios settings were not changed (from raid to other mode for example).
What can I do?

Thank you

Some more details:

My bios sees both ssd's and intel raid there shows it as raid and healthy, but when I boot with winpe usb, it doesn't see the raid. Also f11 does not show raid as an option. f8 in safe mode gets same blue screen.

Your RAID 0 array seems to be corrupted for some reason.

Did you do a UEFI/BIOS update or clear before this happened? Are you still in RAID mode in the UEFI?

When you booted into DOS, it may not see your RAID array even if it was fine. Assuming DOS could see the RAID array, it is no longer being recognized as an OS volume (C drive), which could indicate it is corrupted.

You could try booting from your Windows installation media, and select the Repair option, that might be able to fix your OS installation.

Intel RAID arrays normally do not fail without a reason. The SSDs could be recognized in the Storage Configuration screen, but still have a corrupted OS installation, or have another problem.

Did you try starting the Intel RAID utility by pressing Ctrl + i during POST?

Does your UEFI include the Intel RAID utility as an option in the Advanced screen?
