1. checking the headset on another device (headset works)
2. cheking other headset (didn't work)
3. Trouble shooting by windows (says nothing is wrong)
4. delete realtek, turn PC off and on, reinstal (didn't work)
5. Download the latest audio driver updat from ASrock (didn't work)
6. Reset to factory settings (didn't work)
7. Checkt the BIOS settings (didn't work)

So know i'm out of options.
