I am looking to get some ram for an upgrade. Now this board has temper issues when it comes to what ram it will accept.
I have run XPG (2x16) memory since 2020 at 3800mhz 17-19-19-18-32 1.30v with no issues, This is single bank Micron B ram.
I recently tried increasing the ram to 64HB with the Patriot Viper Steel DDR4 64GB (2 x 32GB) 3600MHz Kit - PVS464G360C8K. It would not run XMP without throwing errors and would only run steady at 2666MHz.
I then tried the Patriot Viper 4 Blackout SeriesDDR4 64GB (2 x 32GB) 3600MHz Kit - PVB464G360C8K. and this was also not able to run at XMP. It would run at 3200Mhz but what is the use in having new ram if you can not benefit from it or is has to run crippled.
I was thinking that is may be just the fact that they were 32GB sticks, so I thought I may try two kits of Patriot Viper Elite II DDR4 32GB(2 x 16GB) 4000MHz Memory Kit - PVE2432G400C0K to see if they behave. I plan on running them at 3800MHz to keep in tune with the FCLK.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

AFAIK, 2 higher capacity modules have a better chance of running at their rated
XMP than 4 modules. AM5 (and all desktop systems) only support 2 memory
channels thus adding 4 modules is just adding overhead to the CPUs memory controllers.
Double the modules = double the voltage requirements and near enough double the strain
on the CPU's IMC. I hope that makes sense.

You can try opening a support ticket with ASRock and inquiring if they have tested
any 64gb DDR4 4000 kits at their rated speeds:
